Lowe auger bits are high quality products designed with specific applications in mind. A few standard points.....
  • 4' bits are usually used with Skid Steer Loaders, Compact Track Loaders and Excavators. The TJ-100 can also us 4' bits
  • 3' are usually used with mini loaders or the BP150 auger drive
  • Hex shafts are the "new" industry standard
 SQ SERIES The SQ auger bits are an excellent combination of performance and price. These bits are designed for standard duty digging in light to moderate ground conditions. They feature a fabricated boring head, bolt on teeth, heavy duty double wrap flighting, hardened fishtail point and it round or hex shaft.
  • We price theses bits with standard dirt teeth. Carbide cutting teeth are an option. Please call if you want carbide teeth.
 TSQ SERIES These bits are designed with smaller diameter flighting on the bottom. This design leaves space for root balls, fertilizer or peat. These bit are known as tree and shrub bits.
  • We price theses bits with standard dirt teeth. Carbide cutting teeth are an option. Please call if you want carbide teeth.
 RSQ SERIESĀ  The RSQ auger bits offer a way to dig holes in fracturable rock and coral applications. Using conical carbide teeth and a choice of center points that include fishtail, carbide stepped, and carbide wrapped allow these augers to dig where other flat tooth augers cannot. Shafts available with 2" hex or 2-5/16" tops.
  • We price the rock bit with conical carbide cutting teeth and center point.There are other options that are cheaper like: standard heat treated center point with conical cutting teeth or stepped carbide point and conical carbide center point. Please call if you want either one of these options.
LP SERIES The LP auger bits work well in harder, drier digging conditions that also have compact soils. The combination of wide outside teeth and inside chisel teeth work well together ad digging gets tougher. Heat treated boring heads and a wide variety of cutting teeth are available.
  • We price theses bits with standard dirt teeth. Carbide cutting teeth are an option. Please call if you want carbide teeth.
LX SERIES The LX series is the strongest and most durable augers. These bits bring new elements of performance and durability to the attachment. These bits are recommended for larger more powerful drive units or were conditions are unusually tough.
  • This is typically a custom bit so you will need to call for design and pricing.
