Thank you for visiting the www.lecinfo.com website (the “Site”). Please read these Sale Policies for orders through our Site (the “Policy”) carefully before making any purchase from this Site. By purchasing goods and services from this Site, you accept the policies set forth in this Policy and any additional policies and terms that apply to use of the Site, including the Terms and Conditions for Use of the Site and the LEC Privacy Notice. All purchases made from the Site will be subject to LEC’s standard billing practices.

We reserve the right to update and revise this Policy, and any other policy or terms, at any time without notice or liability. Any such revisions shall be effective immediately upon posting and are binding prospectively upon you.

As used in this Policy, the terms “www.lecinfo.com”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean LANGEFELS EQUIPMENT COMPANY, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“LEC”), and any and all legal entities in which LEC, either directly or indirectly, owns an interest or is otherwise affiliated with.

Orders

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use such card, to submit an order for products or services through any of our Sites.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or cancel your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. We may require additional information or verification before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we supply less than the quantity ordered, your sole and exclusive remedy is either (i) we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not supplied, if your credit card has already been charged, or (ii) we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order or the quantity not supplied.

Payment & Taxes

You agree to pay the price applicable for each item purchased on any of our Sites, including any sales taxes, surcharges, and shipping and handling fees, in full at the time you submit the order. Unless we agree to other arrangements in writing, we will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such price.

Sales taxes, or other taxes, customs, import/export charges, or other similar charges, are not included in the price of items. For items delivered to addresses in Ohio, all applicable sales tax will be automatically charged and withheld as required by law. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes or charges for items purchased which are shipped to any other state or outside the United States. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims of liability for any such taxes or charges.

Shipping & Handling

You will pay all shipping and handling charges for the order, unless we agree otherwise. Some items may be available for pickup at our location.

We attempt to ship entire orders together, if possible. We reserve the right to ship items in installments, which does not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining shipments. All items are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the item to your designated address or recipient.

Condition of Products

Custom Equipment, Attachments, and Parts

All sales of custom equipment, attachments, and parts are final. Such items may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Used or Refurbished Equipment, Attachments, and Parts

All sales of used or refurbished equipment, attachments, and parts are final. Such items may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

You agree that you are purchasing all used or refurbished equipment, attachments, and parts from this Site as is, where is, and with all faults. You agree that such items may have been used by persons other than us and you agree that we make no warranties concerning the condition of the item, including the number of hours that the item may have been operated previously, nor the stated year of manufacture. We recommend that you conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment, attachment, or part before purchase. We are not responsible for the consequences of your failure to inspect the item before purchase or for any inaccuracies, insufficiencies, or omissions in the description of the item. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have either inspected the equipment, attachment, or part to the extent you deem appropriate or you have determined not to inspect the equipment, as the case may be.

Returns & Exchanges

New Equipment, Attachments, and Parts

Only new and unused equipment, attachments, and parts, in the same condition as at the time of original shipment, may be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges must include all original packing materials. No custom equipment, attachments, or parts may be returned or exchanged.

We accept returns or exchanges of new items, under limited circumstances. Returns must be authorized by us in writing and are subject to a 35% restocking fee. You will pay all return shipping charges. Any restocking fee and additional shipping will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to your account. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 14 days from the original shipment date and must be postmarked within 14 days of our authorization of the return or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be sent via USPS or other common carrier and must be insured for full value of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be sent to the address indicated on the return or exchange authorization and must include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice and any return or exchange instructions. We are not responsible for packages lost during return or exchange shipping.

If you ordered an incorrect item, certain items can be exchanged subject to availability. You will pay any additional shipping and handling charges and the restocking fee may be waived in our sole discretion. The replacement item must be at least 100% of the value of the originally purchased part.

Prices & Availability

All prices listed on the site are subject to change, without notice. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or information received from our supplier, we reserve the right, prior to our acceptance of your order, to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit in the amount of the charge.

The availability of items on the Site may change at any time, without notice.
