FEATURES

±50° TILT - 360° ROTATION

• Combining 360° rotation with 100° tilt range, the AXXIS™ TR gives operators the ability to dig, shape and grade with precision, agility and speed.

NO CYLINDERS. NO PROBLEM.

• Instead of tilting with cylinders, the AXXIS™ TR features a helical actuator. This fully enclosed system eliminates exposed cylinders that are at risk of being damaged. The compact design also reduces the width of the tilt rotator, allowing it to dig narrower trenches without obstruction.

HOLDING TORQUE

• Inside the helical actuator are a series of splined shafts which deliver consistent and strong holding torque across the entire tilt range. Compared to cylinders, which diminish in torque at the ends of the stroke, the AXXIS™ TR maintains holding torque at any angle.

±50° TILTING

• Work all the angles with the industries' widest tilting range available, up to 50-degrees in both directions.

OVERSIZE WORM GEAR

• Oil bath lubrication, compact motor drive and optional high-flow swivel available.

CAST IRON HOUSING

• Integrated hydraulic lines and only 2 grease points.

PROPORTIONAL VALVES

• High tolerance against dirt and fast operation.

NOXPROP+

• Operate with precision using proportional control on both the tilt and rotate functions of the AXXIS™ TR. The NOXprop+ proportional control system features a large and bright touch display for easy set-up and active monitoring of precise bucket position.

ERGONOMIC SVAB JOYSTICKS

• To support the additional controls of the tilt rotator, the AXXIS™ TR includes two SVAB brand L8 ergonomic joysticks. At your control are four individual proportional roller switches for careful refined movements or quick actions.

JOYSTICK OPTIONS

• Different joystick configurations are available to match the excavator and operators needs.

TOP MOUNT - DIRECT

• The AXXIS™ can be connected directly to your excavator for use with all of your attachments.

TOP MOUNT - SANDWICH

• The AXXIS™ can be connected sandwich style using a standard hydraulic coupler for easy removal of the tiltrotator when not required.

OPTIONAL - INTEGRATED GRIPPER

• For full multi-tasking, the available hydraulic gripper adds an extra set of tines for on-the-fly picking and sorting of cables, pipes and objects. Nestled below the rotate function, the hydraulic grabber is compact and out of the way when not in use.
