The Virnig Walk-Through Rail Pallet Fork combines heavy-duty lifting capacity with a convenient open-frame design that makes getting in and out of your skid steer easier. Redesigned to be stronger while reducing unnecessary weight, the latest version features a heavy-duty 3/4" beveled rail, replacing the previous 3/8" design.
Available with lifting capacities from 4,000 to 6,200 lbs. and tine lengths from 42" to 60", Virnig Walk-Through Pallet Forks can be configured for everything from everyday pallet handling to demanding construction, agricultural, landscaping, and material-handling applications.
One of the biggest upgrades to the Virnig Walk-Through Rail Pallet Fork is the new 3/4" thick beveled rail.
The previous design utilized a 3/8" rail. Virnig increased the rail thickness to provide additional strength where it matters while redesigning the overall frame to remain practical for skid steer applications.
The 3/4" beveled rail is rated up to 6,200 lbs., giving operators the ability to choose higher-capacity fork configurations for demanding lifting applications.
Skid steer attachments can make entering and exiting the cab awkward. Virnig's walk-through frame design creates an open area that provides convenient access to the operator's station.
This is especially valuable for operators who frequently enter and exit the machine throughout the workday.
A bolt-on step can be installed on either side of the frame, allowing the attachment to be configured for your preferred entry and exit side.
Virnig Walk-Through Rail Pallet Forks come standard with adjustable ITA Class II forged tines.
The adjustable design allows operators to reposition the forks along the rail to accommodate different pallet sizes, building materials, equipment, logs, and other loads.
Three tine lengths are available:
Available capacities range from 4,000 lbs. to 6,200 lbs., allowing you to select the fork configuration that best matches your machine and lifting requirements.
A 1/4" Grade 50 steel brick guard adds strength while helping stabilize loads during transport.
The brick guard is designed to sit flush with the tines, helping keep pallets and materials secure while maintaining good visibility from the operator's seat.
Additional frame bracing provides strength for demanding lifting and material-handling applications.
The bracing is also centered on the skid steer quick attach, helping make attachment hookup straightforward while maintaining the strength of the frame.

Virnig offers several capacities so operators can match the pallet forks to their skid steer and workload.
The 4240 and 4840 models are rated for 4,000 lbs. and use 1.375" thick forged tines. Choose between 42" and 48" tine lengths.
These models are well suited for general-purpose material handling where the additional weight of a higher-capacity fork isn't necessary.
For heavier work, the 4255, 4855, and 6055 provide a 5,500 lb. capacity with heavier 1.5" thick tines.
Tine lengths are available in 42", 48", and 60", giving operators more flexibility when handling oversized or deeper loads.
The 4862 is the highest-capacity configuration, rated at 6,200 lbs.
It features 48" long, 1.75" thick forged tines and is designed for operators who need maximum capacity from the Walk-Through Rail Pallet Fork lineup.
Always stay within the rated operating capacity and lifting limitations of the skid steer or compact track loader. A high-capacity attachment does not increase the lifting capacity of the carrier.
Pallet forks are among the most versatile attachments you can put on a skid steer or compact track loader. The Virnig Walk-Through Rail Pallet Fork is well suited for:
In addition to the standard Walk-Through Rail design, Virnig offers other configurations for operators with specific requirements, including Hi-Vis, Hex-Guard, and Wide versions.
This makes it possible to select a pallet fork frame based on visibility, load protection, frame width, and the type of material you handle most often.
The Virnig Walk-Through Rail Pallet Fork isn't simply a basic pallet fork frame. Its combination of a 3/4" heavy-duty rail, Grade 50 brick guard, forged ITA Class II tines, reinforced frame, multiple capacities, and convenient walk-through design makes it a strong option for professional skid steer operators.
Whether you need a lighter 4,000 lb. fork with 42" tines or the heavy-duty 6,200 lb. model with 48" tines, Virnig gives you multiple configurations to match the attachment to the work.
For contractors, farmers, landscapers, rental fleets, and property owners who use their skid steer for regular material handling, the Virnig Walk-Through Rail Pallet Fork delivers the strength, versatility, and operator-friendly design needed for everyday work.
