High-Performance Hydraulic Exciter System

Every MBW skid steer roller uses ahydraulically powered exciter system with an oil-mist lubrication design.

At the heart of the system is MBW'spatented exciter shaft design, engineered to minimize exciter shaft deflection and reduce operating temperatures. The result is a durable vibration system designed to provide long service life while minimizing bearing and seal failures.

The ATS73 and ATP73 generate up to8,850 lb. of centrifugal force, while the larger ATS84 and ATP84 produce up to9,765 lb. of centrifugal force.

3,000 RPM Exciter Speed

All four MBW skid steer roller models operate at anexciter speed of 3,000 RPM with a0.05" amplitude.

This combination delivers consistent vibratory energy into the material for efficient compaction across the width of the drum.

Integrated Knockdown Blade

Aknockdown blade is built directly into the roller frame, giving operators an additional tool for leveling and knocking down loose material during compaction operations.

The integrated design eliminates the need for a separate attachment when minor grading or material leveling is required.

Vibration-Isolated Roller Frame

The vibrating drum is isolated from the main attachment frame to help minimize the amount of vibration transmitted back into the skid steer or compact track loader.

Reducing vibration transfer helps improve operator comfort while limiting unnecessary vibration through the host machine.

Universal Skid Steer Quick Attach

All MBW ATS and ATP roller attachments come standard with auniversal skid steer quick attach system, making them compatible with a wide range of skid steers and compact track loaders equipped with the standard universal mounting system.
