V70 TREE DISC MULCHER

Efficiently mulch 6-8” diameter trees and quickly remove up to 14” diameter trees. Equipped with a high-torque piston motor, USA made spindle and fully-machined disc, this skid steer mulcher is built for long-lasting performance and ready to withstand the most demanding forestry jobs around.

DIRECT DRIVE SYSTEM WITH PISTON MOTOR
Utilizes a hydraulic bent axis piston motor and USA made spindle to ensure optimum performance and longevity. Bent axis piston motors provide superior efficiency and reduce waste heat.

BEARING & SPINDLE PROTECTION
Spindle low-pressure relief helps prevent spindle seal failure. Spindle shaft guard prevents debris from damaging spindle seals and bearings.

FULLY-MACHINED DISC
60” diameter fully-machined disc contains no welds and is made with 1 ¼” thick, high-strength steel.

ROTATABLE, REPLACEABLE TEETH
Mulching disc features 44 Quadco® four-sided bolt-on teeth to efficiently mulch debris. The teeth can be replaced or rotated to increase wear life. The bolt-on tooth holders are also easily replaceable.

RE-CUTTER BAR
Three deck mounted teeth and re-cutter bar help prevent jams, improve mulching and produce a finished look.

HEAVY-DUTY DECK
Interior of deck weldment utilizes, at minimum, ⅜” thick, grade 80 steel.

EASY PART REPLACEMENT
Bolt-on push bar, intake chute, discharge chute and deflector can be replaced with ease. Bolt-on motor cover allows easy access to motor and spindle.

TWO CHUTE STYLES

Requires a high flow loader with a flow rate of 30-45 GPM. Max operating pressure is 4,200 PSI.

DO NOT OPERATE MULCHER WITHOUT A SHATTERPROOF CAB DOOR ON LOADER.
