The Virnig V70 Tree Disc Mulcher is engineered for aggressive land clearing and high-production mulching with skid steers equipped with high-flow hydraulics. Designed to efficiently mulch standing trees from 6–8 inches and quickly cut material up to 14 inches in diameter, the V70 delivers powerful performance with a smooth, controlled cut for demanding job sites.

At the heart of the V70 is a 60” fully machined, perfectly balanced Quadco® disc, driven by a bent-axis piston motor with integrated relief valves. This combination maximizes torque transfer, maintains consistent disc speed, and reduces stress on hydraulic components. Standard motor and spindle guards protect critical components, while the Grade 80 interior deck weldment (80,000 PSI minimum yield strength) ensures exceptional durability under constant impact.

The cutting system features bolt-on steel tooth mounts with four-sided, rotatable, replaceable teeth, with optional carbide teeth available for extended wear life. Three deck-mounted teeth and a recutter bar deliver a finer mulch finish, improving material processing efficiency. For operator safety and long-term serviceability, the V70 includes a replaceable push bar, chute, and deflector, along with a choice of standard or open chute styles to match your application.

Built for serious productivity, the Virnig V70 requires a high-flow skid steer (30–50 GPM) with a maximum operating pressure of 4,200 PSI and a machine weight over 2,800 lbs. For safety, operation requires a shatterproof cab.
